We have complete production lines including mould tooling, injection, hardware production, heating unit production, welding, painting, silkscreen and final assembly. Since 2009, we have 30 modernized new production lines running day and night. These production lines are equipped with wide LCD display and each worker will be guided with clear workmanship & production procedures. Such unique & modern facilities ensure X.J. perform clients’ orders with excellent quality level and timely delivery. Our production capacity is 50,000 units per working day and 1,200,000 units per month.

Owning a R&D team of more than 50 people, we’ve handled OEM/ODM projects since early of 1990s. Clients will be benefit from our R&D platform of experienced engineers, complete service of evaluation, appearance & structure design, mould tooling and testing. Nowadays, OEM/ODM projects play the most important rule in our turnover in worldwide markets.

Our R&D team is consisted of experienced engineers and technicians including appearance designer, electronic engineering, structure engineering and testing engineering. We develop around 10 to 15 new models for different series every year. Our professional R&D platform enable us to provide client a new appearance within 15 days, a structure design (3D file) within 30 days and mould tooling within one month.
